High Impact Products Pty Ltds story begins with Carol. With 5 years experience as a Sales Manager for a promotional product company and a newborn baby girl she borrowed $70,000 in 1997 and started a business in the basement of her home.

High Impact Marketing Limited in New Zealand, a promotional product design company, grew rapidly. Under Carol’s leadership and with 17 staff, High Impact won 18 international awards for their creative and innovative promotional product solutions. Exporting to 20 countries around the world High Impact worked with key clients such as Air New Zealand, Coca-Cola, Burger King, Hungry Jacks, Elizabeth Arden, Redken, The Heart Foundation and Scholastic Books.

Carol was one of three entrepreneurs on the television production The Money Game and has been profiled in The NZ Herald, North & South, Next, Who’s Who, Her Business, The Kiwi Effect and Secrets of Female Entrepreneurs Exposed publications. She regularly conducts motivational speaking for business, charity and school groups.

With the growth of her international clients, Carol relocated to Queensland Australia in 2006. Her new company High Impact Products Pty Limited specializes in a personalised service of promotional product creation, design and manufacture.
